Acumatica: Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for managing inventory, purchasing, and financials.
APScheduler: Python scheduler library used in our background workers for periodic/cron tasks.

BOM (Bill of Materials): List of raw materials, components, and instructions needed to prepare a recipe.
C¶
Cross-Validation: Code review practice requiring at least one team member to review and approve PRs before merging.
Cortex Analyst: AI-powered tool within Snowflake for data analysis and natural language querying.
K¶
KDS (Kitchen Display System): Digital displays in kitchens showing orders, managing preparation workflows, and tracking order status.
O¶
OK Manager: Our internal platform for kitchen operations, orders, and inventory. Includes Order Management, Kitchen Batch Tool, and Kitchen Prep Tool services.
Otter: Our primary Point of Sale (POS) system integration for ingesting customer orders.

PAR Level (Periodic Automatic Replenishment Level): Minimum stock level that triggers reorder/replenishment to ensure continuous availability.

safe_get(): Utility function for safely extracting deeply nested fields from JSON/dictionary structures, preventing KeyError or TypeError.
Sigma Computing: Our Business Intelligence (BI) platform for data reporting and visualization, connected to Snowflake Gold layer.
